The basis for our meal philosophy and inspiration can be found in the Swedish family diet. We prepare food with good ingredients and unadulterated processing. We like to work with regional raw materials and traditions. Our food is clear, recognizable and as uncomplicated as possible. But with great taste in all its simplicity.
